RUNGACTIVE H dyes are monochlorotriazine dyes and hence are relatively less reactive compared to dichlorotriazine dyes. These dyes require more severe conditions of fixation. Fixation is achieved by chemically reacting the dyestuff to the cellulosic material with the help of alkali.

Due to their less reactivity, RUNGACTIVE H brand dyes give better print paste stability and hence are mainly used for printing by various application methods.
